Our cookies policy (hereafter the “Cookies Policy”) regulates how we manage cookies and shall apply to all applications accessed or used via websites or webpages (together designated as the “Websites”) published by Encevo Group (the “Group”), unless a more specific cookies policy is published by a subsidiary on its own Website.
Our Websites use cookies to provide a better browsing experience to users, notably to personalise content and ads, to provide social media features and to analyse our traffic. Each subsidiary remains data controller of the cookies used on its own website.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file or piece of data that may be stored in your computer or on your device web browser when you visit our Websites. Cookies are deposited by the Website’s publisher in a directory provided for this purpose on the user’s computer. They may also be installed by third parties with whom entities within the Group collaborate.
In particular, they contain the name of the server that wrote the cookie, an identifier in the form of a unique number and an expiry date. The unique identifier enables the Website’s publisher to recognise the user’s computer on each visit.
Session cookies are deleted from the user’s computer when the session is closed. However, persistent cookies remain on the user’s computer for 1 month after the end of the session, unless a longer duration is specified in the schedule below.

How do we use cookies?
Our cookies
These are the first level cookies set by the Website’s publisher and/or the service provider selected by the Website’s publisher.
We use necessary cookies for basic functions to enable you to browse our Websites, secure your connection and access restricted and personal areas of our Websites using user details that you have previously provided to us. Those cookies are essentials and do not require specific consent. Without these cookies, our Websites cannot function properly.
We also use cookies that are not essentials for browsing our Websites, but which enable us to optimise their operation and to improve your user experience in general. Cookies can tell us, for example, whether you have visited our Websites before or if you are a new visitor. They can also help to ensure that the information displayed is more relevant to you (remembering services or offers, language used, etc.)
We also use audience measurement or analytical cookies to create anonymous statistics enabling us to understand how visitors use our Websites and to improve their structure and content. No information collected is used by the Group to identify a unique user on our Websites.
Third party cookies
We work with third party companies (advertising companies or partners) who may also place cookies on your device when you visit our Websites or third-party sites accessible through our Websites. These third-party cookies make it possible to identify your primary interests from the content consulted and to personalise the advertising offer that is displayed to you.
These cookies are necessary for suppliers to provide their services. For more information on these cookies, as well as information on how to opt out of receiving these cookies, please see the additional information below.
We identify these cookies before they are used so that you can decide if you want to accept them. More information about these cookies can also be found on the third party’s website.
Some of the third-party cookies are based in the United States as indicated in the Schedule below. This means that certain personal data (like your IP address or browsing behaviour) may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
To protect your data, we ensure that these providers either comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or have signed the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. These legal tools are designed to guarantee that your data benefits from a level of protection equivalent to that required under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You can accept or refuse these cookies at any time. For more information, please consult the concerned third-party privacy policy.
